No. The course is for people who rent, buy or approve GPU cloud capacity. It teaches you to read a quote and a listing. It does not teach you to write code.

### Does the course tell me which provider to pick?

No. It teaches you to read terms and to ask for the facts you need. You choose after you test your own workload.

### Does the certificate show that I can approve a purchase?

No. It is a certificate of completion from this site. It records that you passed the exam. Your organisation decides who may approve a purchase.
